Creating a Christmas tree cheese board is so easy to make! To make it easier I am going to give you a shopping list for all the ingredients you will need and step by step to create it!

IT LOOKS SO INTIMIDATING

I PROMISE IT IS THE EASIEST TO MAKE! Making these cheese boards are always so fun to create! You can make a board for any gathering or just for yourself (I’ve done that before, don’t judge me haha). You can literally create any design you want! For now, we will stick with a cute Christmas tree!

But I get it, the first time I made a cheese board I was confused on what cheeses to buy and what fruits go with it! A few google searches and I am definitely an EXPERT (insert sarcastic tone here). Really though, I got you. Next up are pictures (YAYYYYY) of the exact ingredients I used for my Christmas tree charcuterie board! I marked “X” on the meats, cheeses, and crackers I did not end up using!

Ingredients :

Cheese: Trader Joe’s Havarti Cheese with Dill (TJ), Goat Cheese Cranberry Cinnamon (Aldi), Garden Vegetable with Sweet Basil (Aldi), and Provolone Cheese (TJ).

Meats: Genoa Salame (TJ), Salame Italiano (Aldi), Prosciutto Italiano(Aldi), and Beef Jerky

Fruits & Exras: Strawberries (Aldi), Pomegranate Seeds (TJ), Rosemary (TJ), Praline Pecans (TJ).

Crackers: Garden Vegetable crackers (Aldi) and Parmesan Garlic & Herb Pita Chips (TJ).

Assemble your Christmas Tree

Start from the bottom up!

Step 1: Add your crackers on the bottom & the beef jerky as your trunk.

Step 2: Fold your salame in 4’s (triangle) & lay against crackers.

Step 3: Fold your provolone cheese the same way & lay against saleme.

Step 4: Cut Cheddar block cheese in cubes (not in list! Sorry) & lay against provolone cheese

Step 5: Stack your pita chips against your cheese cubes.

Step 6: Cut your strawberries stems and cut in 4’s & lay against pita chips.

Step 7: Cut your garden vegetable cheese & face the green part on the front.

Step 8: Tear your prosciutto and salame meats & place in no order.

Step 9: Cut your goat cheese in 4’s & line them up.

Step 10: Break up the Havarti cheese with your fingers & place on top of goat cheese.

Step 11: Get a star cookie cutter and use it on your cheddar cheese for your star.

Step 12: Lay your rosemary every 3-4th item to give it that Christmas tree look, sprinkle pomegranate seeds all over the tree, & add your pecans on the tray.

AND YOU”RE DONE! EASY RIGHT?!
